WBSSC

The West Bengal School Service Commission (wbssc ) came into force with effect from 01.11.1997 for the purpose of recruitment of Teachers Headmasters / Headmistresses of Jr. High / High / Higher Secondary Schools in recognized non-Government aided Schools in the Indian state of West Bengal. The manner and scope of selection of person for appointment to the post of Teacher shall be guided by the West Bengal School Service Commission (Selection of Persons for Appointment to the Post of Teachers) Rules, 2007.

The West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the posts of Assistant Teachers in Recognised Non-Govt. The Candidate selection will be done by the 10th Regional Level Selection Test (RLST), which is scheduled to be held on December 13, 2009 (Sunday). The application forms are available at branches of Allahabad banks.
