Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is sporting a ‘phenomenal’ new look in his upcoming home production ‘Paa’, the make-up for which takes four hours. Amitabh Bachchan has essayed the role of a father to our B-town hotties, he has fabulously managed to gather accolades. In fact, Indian audience seems to love him for his grey look as much he was loved in his younger days. A lot of prosthetics went into making me look like a 12-year-old in ‘Paa’. I did try to watch kids and took a little bit of hints from my own kids’ childhood, but I took most from my grandchildren. They were quite an inspiration for me for ‘Paa’,’ said Amitabh.
The make-up artiste is a foreign lady, and she takes about four to five hours to achieve this look. The make-up has been done at Amitabh’s Gulmohur Park residence on all the days of shooting. The unit has been extremely careful about keeping this look under wraps, changing Amitabh’s routes to and from shooting. The role is of a man who ages faster than normal people do.
