SIIB Pune famously knows as SIIB among Management arenas. SIIB was founded in 1992 it was ealier christened as Symbiosis Institute of Foreign Trade SIFT. It is located roughly 120 kilometres east of Mumbai at an altitude of 560 metres above sea level. It is situated at the eastern edge of the Western ghats on the Deccan plateau. SIIB Pune is the 1st autonomous Management institute in India to be recognized by the prestigious NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) set up by UGC.
